What we collect

Account details: name, email address and mobile number.
Order details: delivery addresses, PIN code, items ordered and order history.
Payment details: payment status and reference numbers. Card, UPI and bank details are handled by our payment partner. We never see or store them.
Content you share: reviews, review photos, help-chat messages and unboxing videos for damage claims.
Technical data: device and browser type and basic usage information, used to keep the site working and secure.

Why we use it

To create your account, process and deliver orders, and handle cancellations and claims.
To reply to your questions and send order updates.
To prevent fraud and keep the website secure.
To send newsletters, but only if you opted in. You can unsubscribe anytime in My Account.

Who we share it with

We share only what is needed with our payment partner, delivery partners (for example Porter and courier companies), and the secure hosting and email services that run this website. We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose data if the law or a government authority requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep account data while your account is active. Order and payment records are kept as long as Indian tax and accounting laws require, usually up to 8 years. Unboxing videos and chat attachments are kept only as long as needed to resolve the issue.

Your rights

View and update your details in My Account.
Withdraw newsletter consent at any time.
Request deletion of your account and personal data from My Account. Records we must keep by law are retained only for that purpose.
Nominate another person to exercise your rights in case of death or incapacity, and raise a grievance with us or the Data Protection Board of India.

Security

Your data is stored on secure servers with access controls. Staff can see only what their role needs. No system is completely risk-free. If a breach affects you, we will tell you as the law requires.

Cookies

We use essential browser storage to keep you signed in and remember your cart. We do not use advertising cookies.

Children

Our services are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18 without verifiable parental consent.
